RKP-1 Sovereign EU - Full On-Chain, 100% EU (Roadmap)
Planned variant of full on-chain anchoring where the whole stack - platform, storage, and a private blockchain - runs inside the customer’s own EU infrastructure. Not available yet.
Roadmap - not available yet. RKP-1 Sovereign EU depends on deploying a private blockchain inside the customer’s infrastructure, which the on-premise installer does not do today. Until then, the highest-sovereignty option for on-chain anchoring is RKP-1 Enhanced EU, and RKP-2 Sovereign EU (on-premise, no blockchain) is in development.
This is the planned highest-sovereignty variant of RKP-1 (Full On-Chain). The anchoring mechanics stay the same - every operation is written on-chain - but the blockchain becomes a private chain operated inside the customer’s perimeter instead of the public Polygon network.

A private chain moves the trust boundary: verification is no longer possible from a public block explorer by any third party, only by parties given access to the chain. This is the trade-off for keeping every component under the customer’s jurisdiction.
